This course teaches the more experienced biller how to follow up on unpaid claims. We have put a question to every answer the insurance company or third party payer can give you with ways to successfully obtain payment on an account.

COURSE OUTCOMES -- Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:
- Effectively collect payments from insurance companies
- Follow up on claims more efficiently
- Increase your facility's revenue by using your improved knowledge for handling claims and complications
